We use a Xerox® Tektronix® Phaser color laser printer, which delivers a crisp, clear resolution for high-quality photo printing and camera-ready artwork. We can print and ship to anywhere within the United States and Canada. If you live in the greater Rochester NY area, you can select "local courier" as a delivery option for convenient delivery to your home, office, or hotel room.

Our graphics design service can create or modify your custom graphics needs. If you have your own artwork, logo, or graphic you want to use, we can accept it if you follow our guidelines for graphic submissions, listed further down this page.  Document creation is on our Macintosh and Windows systems and can be converted to Acrobat Reader PDF format for easy opening on Mac and Windows systems. For preview, we send it in Adobe Acrobat Reader format v4.0 or higher. If you don't have Acrobat Reader, get it now.

Graphic / Image / Logo / Photo submission Policy
If you wish to use your own artwork, you need to follow these guidelines.
File Format: must be in : .GIF, .JPG, TIFF, PNG (JPG and PNG are best for many colors, like a photo, GIF is best for Graphics with a few colors (usually up to 255) TIFF is good when the image will be edited, then printed, converted to web format, etc.)  File Size: can be 10.0 Mb or less, unless your printing need is unique, which I will determine from your request, then we can set up to transfer a larger file)  Image Resolution: For the best quality, you should have your image set to at least 600 dpi for laser-quality. 800 is recommended and 1200 is best. If you don't need it in laser, then you may set the resolution to 300 dpi for inkjet or 144 dpi for web only. If you cannot set a higher resolution, I may be able to do it for you, but there will be an "Editing" charge (see price guide above). Most (TIFF, PNG) images can be set to a higher resolution with no problems. GIF and JPG may not but we can work with it to look better. Image Print Size: It is best to send the image in its finished size. Occasionally, the image may have different uses and require different sizes. Send the closest size to your immediate need. If you have the option, send a larger one to be resized down. Resizing up will result in a bad quality image. If you will be ordering from us as a repeat client, or have multiple needs in the same order, send the largest size you need to use. We will resize down for you (like letterhead, envelopes, and business cards). Editing charges may apply, depending on the work involved.  You MUST own the rights to use the image, graphic, logo, photo for printing and distribution. If you do not own the copyright, and it is not "public domain" clip art, I will not accept your image without permission from the creator. (Using copyrighted images results in criminal charges and steep penalty fines for you and for me, so we don't take chances.)  You should e-mail your image to webmaster@nightstyles.net. If it is larger than the file size indicated above, do NOT send your image, but send me a highly detailed e-mail explaining what the image is, and how you want to use it. I will reply with further instructions. If you wish to FAX your rough design graphic or request to us, please send it in High Resolution / Fine mode to: 866-575-9409.  All graphics sent by fax are not acceptable for print use, but can be used for an estimate, provided you send the high quality image to us by e-mail or delivery service (Postal, UPS, FedEx, etc.).
