Jim Frascati, President of Irondequoit International Travel & Tours, has over 10 years of experience in the travel industry. When he recognized the missing quality of customer service in the travel business, he was motivated to begin a business venture with this mission: 'Pick a place, we'll get you there.'

His personal philosophy, putting the customer first, makes the company stand out and his team focus on putting the customer at ease to create a travel memory that will last a lifetime. Jim has hosted international tours over the past 10 years and looks forward to the opportunity to work with you to plan your next journey!

 

Meet Steve Rosenbaum

Steve Rosenbaum is the Vice President of Irondequoit International Travel & Tours, He developed his interest in travel through various trips taken for leisure. His motivation to sell travel developed through his love of travel and desire to share memorable experiences with others. Steve maintains a personal commitment to make a difference for his always keeping the interest and needs of the customer at the forefront.
