Designed and monitored by your very own Personal Trainer! Your programs will be monitored on a weekly basis. This includes body fat measuring and weighing in. Your program will be changed as needed to reduce plateaus and maximize your potential!

You'll receive your very own personalized Fitness and Diet Journals featuring helpful information on nutrition supplements, healthy food guidelines, recipies, and exercise. Your Fitness Journal will include a Personal Fitness Profile that will be updated as you progress so that you can see the difference. Also you will get a Progress Report every month that will grade your results with notes and recommendations to help you improve. The Journals are your to keep for reference or reminders.
My name is Pam Grady and I am a 40-ish mother of 4 children whose ages range from 25 to 3 and i am a grandmother of 4. I did not start working out until my late 30s. While I am not a PhD in Physcial Science or Education, I an a Certified Trainer who was fed up with being fat amid the hype that seems to be everywhere. I think women get tired of the little itty-bitty girls trying to tell them how to work out, when they have not experienced much of what Life has to offer, like childbirth, and raising a family. What do they really know? I think it is better for women to have someone who is more like themselves to relate to. Not some teenager or former cheerleader or gymnast who has never had a weight problem. My highest weight was 220 pounds and my body fat was 43%. My lowest weight is 138 and my body fat is between 7 and 4 %, a much healthier range to be in.
